General Policy
We offer exchanges or refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that products must remain unopened and unused in original packaging. We cannot accept any items that have been opened due to hygiene standards.
Processing Time
After we receive and verify your returned items, our team will contact you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
